Uji Matcha - Iramasure Selection

Uji Matcha: A Meditative Ritual from the Heart of Kyoto.
From the misty riverbanks of Uji, Kyoto—the sacred home of Japanese tea—comes a "liquid art" preserved for over a millennium. Our selection uses only the first harvest (Shincha) of the year. Slowly stone-ground to preserve its vibrant color and delicate nutrients, this matcha offers a sensory journey.
Delight in the fresh, grassy aroma followed by a smooth, nutty sweetness. Whether enjoyed in a traditional ceremony or as a modern latte, this Uji Matcha brings the profound stillness of a Japanese tea room right here to Berlin.
