Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or German public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Germany (Deutschland)

• Standard Shipping: ~3–5 EUR (2–4 business days)

• Express Shipping: ~7–10 EUR (1–2 business days)

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over 50 EUR

European Union (EU)

• Standard Shipping: ~8–12 EUR (5–10 business days)

International (Non-EU)

• Standard Shipping: ~15–20 EUR (10–20 business days)

*Customs & Import Duties: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We ensure your items reach you safely. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at collective@iramasure.de with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will resolve the issue by arranging a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
